About Us
What is “Common Good”?
In short, we define “Common Good” as any initiative that sincerely promotes positive benefits for our planet, its people and its communities. We formed Tribe because we wanted to use our various backgrounds and creative talents to do honest, meaningful work that advances the Common Good in the areas of the environment, public health, education, responsible community development, the arts, animal welfare and social justice. With all of us sharing equal ownership of Tribe, we also bring Common Good to the workplace by promoting equality, worker’s rights and a culture where every voice is heard.
We put our collective intelligence to work.
Each of us brings a different set of skills, perspectives, experiences and passions to the table—but with the common goal of creating and delivering meaningful and inspirational creative solutions for socially-responsible clients. The result: a unified team with a broad range of capabilities.
Our workplace is empowered through equal ownership and democracy.
Worker ownership and democracy works well for us and our clients. Because the empowerment it provides keeps us highly motivated, promotes internal security and solidarity, enhances communication, ensures that we’re all informed about all aspects of our business, and makes us genuinely care about our clients and the quality of the work we do for them.
We also do democracy because we just believe in it. Of course, doing democracy in our modest establishment might not amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world, but if the whole crazy world operated democratically, it might just stop being so crazy.
There is more room on the Green Bandwagon!
Tribe's clients are all on the Common Good bandwagon. And we aim to help them promote their endeavors and inspire their audiences.
