Tribe Creative Agency is an equally owned and democratically operated design & marketing agency that serves "Common Good" clients. Our key areas of focus are the environment, public health, social justice, education, responsible community development, the arts and animal welfare. Our services include: advertising, branding & identity, graphic design, interactive media, environmental graphics, and strategy & consulting.
 
Tribe is a 100% member-owned worker cooperative. We are seeking a kick-ass Web Developer to join our team, with the opportunity to become a co-owner.
 

• All members are equal owners.
• Simple majority rule: one member, one vote.
• Business duties (treasurer, meeting chair, etc.) are rotated periodically.
• Co-ownership requires 100% approval after a six-month trial period.

 
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WEB DEVELOPER POSITION
 
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative team to bring their brilliant designs to life online.
 
Key Skills

• Proficient in back-end Web functionality.
• Expert command of one or more of the following programming languages/platforms: 
HTML, Drupal and/or Wordpress, Javascript, CSS,
 XML, 
Perl and/or PHP, 
Flash, ActionScript.
• Understanding of front-end UI/UX design
• Knowledge of SEO a definite plus
