Our mission is a principle, not a marketing strategy.

We jumped on the Common Good bandwagon because we’re all passionate about making our world a better place for current and future generations. We formed Tribe to empower our collective talents and enable us to work on the things we believe in. If it makes us millionaires, that would be really cool. However, there are more lucrative bandwagons than this one, and we didn't jump on any of those. We jumped on this one. Because for us, it’s not just about making a living: it’s about feeling good about the work we do.

Common Good campaigns are resonating with people.

From “American Idol Gives Back” to Live Earth, from carbon-offset programs to innovations in renewable packaging, consumers are thirsting for easy, accessible ways to feel good about making a difference. Effective Common Good campaigns connect with audiences on a deeper emotional level than those for most other products and services.

We will never put lipstick on a pig.

Many marketers are still clamoring to paint themselves and their products as environmentally friendly to take advantage of the recent “Green Wave,” but aren’t always walking the talk themselves. Others try to make their products sound healthier and “better for you” than they actually are. We don't do "greenwashing," period.

Our democratic ways are good for you, too.

Each of us being our own boss—and being equally accountable for the work we produce—unleashes individual initiative, yet takes full advantage of our collective intelligence and creativity. For clients, this is an obvious advantage. You, after all, are coming to us for new, smart, and creative ideas—and a fresh, outside point of view to help your enterprise succeed. And when you work with us, you'll see how our democracy makes that happen.
